Born Matthew William Long better known by his stage name Matt Movin, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur From Chattanooga, Tennessee. He’s Graced stages before acts such as Yelawolf, Project Pat, Jellyroll, Cashout, and several other major artists. He found his love for music at the age of 6. Growing up in a musical family, he was introduced early on to the sounds of Jazz, Pop, and other soulful genres. He is most well known for his unique sound and brutally honest “confessional masterpieces” that equip an autobiographical depiction with melodic, yet southern productions.

He first gained recognition after the single Used 2 Be Mine did over one million digital downloads within it’s first month earning him a Platinum Certification from the RIAA. He has since went on to work with many music industry professionals and received co signs from the likes of people such as Kei Henderson and T.J. Chapman.
